COMMON QUESTIONS AND FAQS:

1. Our Warranty Policy - We are offering a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty for this engine. IT DOES NOT COVER LABOR COSTS OF ANY KIND. Please reread that and make sure your mechanic is fully aware of this before purchase. What we don't warranty is damage caused by installation mistakes by unauthorized installers (backyard mechanics), damage caused by use of inferior or non-recommended parts, damage caused by idiotic abuse or neglect, damage caused by stupidity, and on the same level, damage caused by listening to the advice of your friends. With that said we are here to help you! Please let our 25 years of experience go to work for you! Please reach out to us for any questions/concerns you have. 99% of problems can be avoided with proper installation and maintenance. If there’s a problem believe us we’ve seen it and know how to handle it.

With the nature of the engine it’s foreseeable the engine will be put to the test and we advise during the initial break in period to refrain from high RPM’s (Red Lining) and excessive driving/hauling. Failure to heed this warning will potentially damage or destroy the engine. This engine once properly broken in will perform like it should and will take normal use and abuse. The most common mistake we see with these engines once the customer receives them is wiping out the cranks due to excessive RPM’s. We cannot and will not warranty this.

Lack of oil, over heating, and otherwise poor maintenance will not be covered.

2. Shipping - Shipping is free anywhere in the Continental USA (excluding Hawaii/Alaska). Once Payment is received the engine will ship the next day via freight. A custom built pallet and plenty of protection will ensure a safe and damage free arrival. If for any reason you see damage do not sign for the engine. Notify us immediately so we may put in a claim for insurance. If you sign for a damaged engine you will make it harder to put in a claim.

Shipping times vary from state to state and carrier to carrier.

For SE USA we typically see 4-5 day shipping times

For NE USA 7-9 days

NW USA 6-7 days

SW USA 3-5 days

3. Performance Parts - We do not blueprint engines. If you would like us to install custom or special performance parts we can absolutely do it for you at no extra cost. Just send us the parts and let us know what you want to do. THE ADDITIONAL PARTS WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY. ASK US ABOUT OUR HEMI STROKERS!
